My first impression was, oh this is like a bootleg Panda Express. We were directed to a table and then left to sit for about five minutes - no menu nor water. But I have to say they've redeemed themselves since. We ordered take-out from Wok N' Go this evening, first time from them. Create your own noodle box from scratch choosing your favourite ingredients, or take one of our classic boxes and mix it up to get it just right.
The spring rolls were perfectly crispy and quite tasty, with only a hint of grease. It's much different over here. Remember that Seinfeld episode, The Chinese Restaurant? I would understand Sunday, because of church, but what are you even doing on Saturday? Not keen on a particular filling? I'm not saying I won't pay it again, because I love noodles; however, I do think it is extreme. I ordered Hot n Sour soup again, hoping that some how it would be better. They have combo deals pick 3 items. She answered a few questions I had, with patience and friendliness. The egg roll would have been good if it was fresh.
Wok n' go is express Chinese that I can dial up when I don't feel like cooking and feel fantastic after I've eaten. I also ordered the Chicken and Mixed Greens. Piping hot noodles are just moments away. Overall, the flavors were satisfying and scratched the itch for cheap, fast, Chinese food. I had a bad experience here the first time I tried it. My favorite here is the ginger beef.
There's only a few chairs --- good for waiting for your order. I was looking forward to some good sesame chicken, but no! Okayso the other day, I purchased a mini family meal so it would last a few days. It looked extremely unsanitary to say the least. I also feel like it's super good value, our family of 4 can order the dinner for 2 and the rice noodles and it will be more than enough plus leftovers. They cooked the chicken fresh but the fried rice and egg roll were old. We were waited on by a young girl who was more interested in her cell phone than customer service. There's only a few chairs --- good for waiting for your order.
Usually the spring rolls I ordered are not fried. I'm not a fan of chop suey from most places, but buy it because my wife likes it. Not keen on a particular filling? The food is fresh and cooked right in front of you. All in all for the price, nothing special but good enough to get a quick Chinese fix. The only miss is the green onion cakes, they're just not good. There were about five people in line. The appearance of fresh food but not so fresh inside! It's interesting trying to find the Chinese food that I'm used to.
Please check prices with the restaurant before visiting or ordering. But I have to say they've redeemed themselves since. General Tso hit and miss depends if grease is fresh, otherwise really like their sauce. Now i have to wait 3 hours to consume the food that makes my day. Menu including prices for Wok N Go may have changed since the last time the website was updated.
Good, but not great or fantastic. It also came with your standard white rice and 4 spring rolls. There's more meat than fatty coating - so you can still enjoy, but not fall colluding victim to the revenge of baby fat called obesity that's sweeping our fast-food nation. The skinny noodles I am not used to with chow mein. We take quality ingredients and blend them with the finest flavours from Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian, Chinese and Japanese cuisine. Best fried rice, broccoli beef is really good. That says it was far better than most places! The chinese food is still way expensive in Canada than So Cali.

The chicken, the honey baked pork chop we ordered were great and the price is reasonable. But I tried a few mouthfuls anyways, and liked it enough to put more on my plate. I am from Woodford County and I wouldn't change a thing about Wok N Go! I chose the two meat and two sides. I'm not saying I won't pay it again, because I love noodles; however, I do think it is extreme. Don't waste your time at the other Chinese restaurants near here-they can't compare to wok-n-go. One disturbing observation I made was that there was a bin that was on the ground full of thawed out fried chicken pieces. How can you do this to me and other customers? The only drawback is that my lazy ass has to drive there to pick it up.
The hot and sour soup was way to thick and the taste was not so great : Way too much corn starch or however they thicken their soup. The pork was cooked really well, so it wasn't really chewy, and easy to cut with a regular dinner knife. I'm crying now and its all your fault, Wok N Go. They are not using the tradional Tofu but just the dried tofu skin. Not really a eat in place, just a couple of tables to sit at while you wait for your order.
