I have another 45 days left on this program and I plan to see it through to the end and then continue to include the Supreme 90 Day workouts in my fitness regimen. You will workout 1 hr a day 5-6x a week for quickest results. I am half way through my 90 days and I really like the program. For example: meat — pork, chicken, fish, lamb, beef and many others. I am about halfway through the program and I absolutely love it and I will tell you why. Now back on my feet, life is good, Started day one today! I have completed the first 90 days and enjoy the work out around April first.

Not sure if this S90D in addition to what I am already doing. I love that Supreme 90 has at least one person doing a modified workout. I've been doing the Supreme 90 Day workouts for a week now. The workouts are a nice combination of p90x and insanity. Short, but still effective nonetheless and your innards will feel it. Just started supreme 90 2 weeks ago. Follow it and it will work.
I have lost 10 lbs, my goal was 20 so I am on track. Many people want to get into shape and some want to join that elite group of people with chiseled and defined bodies. Reno is known for her expertise on clean eating. I do not see this product at Walgreens, but I see that they do have the pull up bar that could be used with this video. Started the Keto lifestyle about 3 weeks ago after 'doing' Atkins several times over the last 12-13 years. The good news is that this particular workout is vastly superior although nowhere even remotely close to levels. I may get tired of the workouts by day 90, but right now the calender motivates me to do the workout each day. I have been working with weights regularly since Jan 2010 after getting out of shape during my pregnancies. The speed at which they lift the weights is almost comical. I will be adding some weight training to this phase. After I read the online reviews of Supreme 90 Day, and that it is every bit as good as both P90x and Insanity, I ordered it off of eBay. Also I started using NuStevia in my coffee it has 1gm of carb from the maltodextrin in it.
